In 1941 Russia lost millions of soldiers. Keeping a high tempo of operations would consume large amounts of fuel and ammunition. With the bills they have just passed,certain things are better left unsaid. They are used to assess progress and determine levels of student learning, on the one hand, and are in themselves a learning-oriented activity, on the other. In 1943 the AAA regiments were broken up into separate battalions, with the regimental H&H companies becoming new AAA Group Headquarters.
